435 run targets is the successful run chase by any team in ODI cricket.

This unbelievable target was chase by South Africa against Australia in fifth and last match of five match series in Australia tour of South Africa in 2006 to win the series by 3-2.

Final match of five match ODI series between Australia and South Africa was played on 12 March 2006 at johns burg in South Africa.

As team series was in level 2-2 this is like the final for both team do-or-die condition.

By batting first Australia made 434 runs for wickets in 50 overs in including 164 runs by PONTING, 81 runs by Mike hussy, 79 by katich and 55 by Gilchrist.

With defensive start by South Africa lost his first wicket at score of  3 runs. Boeta dippennar bowled by Nathan bracken at his individual score of 1 run.

As game were progressing South Africa started shifting his gear with aggressive batting performance from skipper Graeme Smith who out at 92 runs when team score was  190 runs in 22.1 overs.

After Smith wicket harshalle Gibbs took whole responsibilities on his shoulder to help his team to win the greatest match of all.

South African won the greatest match of all byes one wicket and one ball remaining.

This is the greatest match of all neither ghost nor future.
